Sysinternals is a free set of Windows platform tools that provide maintenance, performance and admin utils that are better or not available from Microsoft. Procexp is a class tool that gives Process trees, resource utilization reports and graphs that are better than task manager etc. You can download the suite of tools or get it and run a util from the web.
